Two kinds of thing live here. **Billing** is about the account's money: topping up, cards, auto-recharge, and understanding where every cent went. **Settings** is about the people and the protection: who's a member and what they can do, how you sign in, what you're told about, and how to leave with your data. A quick orientation to the model, because it affects where things are: * A **user** is a person who signs in. A user can belong to several accounts and switches between them. * An **account** owns everything operational: flows, numbers, contacts, calls, and the credit balance. API keys are per account. * An **organization** is a team that owns an account and has **members** with roles. A personal account has no organization; create one when a second person needs access. #### [Credits and payment](/account/credits-and-payment) Top up, manage cards, set up auto-recharge, and what happens when a charge fails. #### [Cost breakdown](/account/cost-breakdown) Reading charges, transactions and per-call costs; finding what drives your bill. #### [Organizations](/account/organizations) Team ownership of an account, and what an organization changes. #### [Members and roles](/account/members-and-roles) Owner, Admin, Member, Agent — the Team page and inviting people. #### [Security](/account/security) Profile, password, two-factor authentication, sessions. #### [Passkeys and Sign in with Apple](/account/passkeys-and-sign-in-with-apple) Sign in with Touch ID, Face ID or a device PIN, or with your Apple ID. #### [Notifications](/account/notifications) What Talkif tells you about, and the low-balance threshold. #### [Data export and deletion](/account/data-export-and-deletion) Take everything out as JSON; close the account with a grace period. > Money in, money out, who's on the account, and how it's protected. ## Docs - [Credits and payment](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/credits-and-payment.md): Adding money to your balance, cards and their health, auto-recharge and its retry schedule, and what to do when a payment fails. - [Cost breakdown](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/cost-breakdown.md): Reading what you were charged and why — the Costs view, charges and their statuses, balance transactions, per-call line items — and the handful of levers that actually move the bill. - [Organizations](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/organizations.md): When one person's account needs to become a team's — what an organization is, what it owns, how it differs from a personal account, and how to create or move to one. - [Members and roles](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/members-and-roles.md): The Team page and the four roles in an organization — Owner, Admin, Member, Agent — exactly what each may do, who can change roles, how invitations work, and how to suspend, remove or hand over. - [Security](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/security.md): Your profile and verification status, password, Google, Apple and passkey sign-in, two-factor authentication with backup codes, and ending sessions on other devices. - [Passkeys and Sign in with Apple](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/passkeys-and-sign-in-with-apple.md): Sign in with a passkey (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello or device PIN) instead of a password and 2FA code, or with your Apple ID — including Hide My Email, linking Apple to an existing user, and recovery. - [Notifications](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/notifications.md): What Talkif tells you about — billing, calls, security, organization — where it appears, and the low-balance threshold you should set. - [Data export and deletion](https://docs.talkif.ai/account/data-export-and-deletion.md): Take everything out of Talkif as one JSON file, and close an account with a confirmation step and a seven-day grace period.
