# Custom alerts and a notification inbox

* **Account**: a new **Alerts** page. Create rules that email your team or call one of your webhooks when calls start failing, the carrier has trouble, the agent doesn't pick up or is slow to speak, function calls get slow, calls hit limits, the balance runs low, spending is high, or calls stop coming in. Incidents are listed on the same page. Accounts that place calls get a default **Calls are failing** rule, which notifies owners and admins. See [Alerts](/account/notifications#alerts).
* **Account**: alerts can also go to email addresses outside your account. Each address gets a confirmation link, and nothing is sent to it until it's confirmed. See [Outside email addresses](/account/notifications#outside-email-addresses).
* **Account**: in Chrome (Google Password Manager) and Safari (iCloud Keychain), removing a passkey in Talkif also removes it from the browser's list, so it stops showing up as a sign-in option. In other browsers and password managers, delete it there yourself. See [Passkeys](/account/passkeys-and-sign-in-with-apple#passkeys).
* **Account**: an account waiting to be deleted is read-only. You can still cancel the deletion or export your data; every other change is refused until the deletion is cancelled or completes. See [Data export and deletion](/account/data-export-and-deletion#while-a-deletion-is-pending-the-account-is-read-only).
* **Account**: when you sign up on the web with Apple and choose **Hide My Email**, or Apple shares no email, Talkif asks for your real email address and confirms it with a code before creating the account. See [Sign in with Apple](/account/passkeys-and-sign-in-with-apple#hide-my-email).
* **Calls**: cancel a queued or ringing call, or end a connected one, from its row on the **Calls** page or the **Overview**. Ending a connected call asks you to confirm first.
* **Calls**: call transfers and live takeover work on WhatsApp voice calls. See [Transfer calls to people](/build/transfer-calls-to-people).
* **Calls**: fixed a bug in warm transfers: if the AI agent left the call during the hand-over, your colleague could be hung up on and the caller left alone. They are now connected to each other.
* **Billing**: Talkif no longer retries a declined manual top-up on its own. When your card is ready, top up again from **Billing**. Auto-recharge keeps its own retry schedule. Low-balance notices now count what you owe. See [Credits and payment](/account/credits-and-payment).
