Set a member's available hours

Sets the weekly schedule inside which transfers to people ring this member. Outside it the member is skipped even when available for calls; if nobody is left, the destination’s nobody-available path runs. Hours belong to the organization and apply in every account of it. The member themselves, or an owner or admin.

A member's weekly available hours. A transfer to people rings the member only inside these hours, evaluated on the local clock of timezone (a 09:00–18:00 range stays 09:00–18:00 across daylight-saving changes).
