Templates

Start from pre-built flow templates for common voice agent use cases.

Templates are pre-built flows that give you a working starting point. Select a template, customize the prompts and settings, and publish.

Available templates

Customer Support

Inbound support flow with topic routing and information collection.

Includes:

  • Main Agent for initial triage and greeting
  • Agent nodes for common support topics (billing, technical, general)
  • Transitions based on caller intent
  • End Call node with satisfaction check

Sales

Outbound sales flow with structured pitch delivery.

Includes:

  • Main Agent for introduction and qualification
  • Agent nodes for pitch, objection handling, and closing
  • Transitions based on prospect responses
  • Forward Call node for live transfer to a sales rep

Appointment Booking

Schedule appointments with availability checking.

Includes:

  • Main Agent for greeting and intent detection
  • Scheduling Agent for date/time selection
  • Confirmation Agent for reviewing appointment details
  • Webhook node for calendar integration

Surveys

Using a template

  1. Open the Flow Builder and click New Flow
  2. Select a template from the template gallery
  3. The template is cloned into a new draft — all nodes, edges, and configuration are copied
  4. Customize prompts, provider settings, and transitions for your use case
  5. Test and publish when ready

Templates are starting points. After cloning, every node and connection is fully editable — add nodes, remove nodes, change prompts, swap providers. The template structure is a suggestion, not a constraint.
