- Forward Call node for live transfer to a sales rep

Schedule appointments with availability checking.
Includes:

Using a template
- Open the Flow Builder and click New Flow
- Select a template from the template gallery
- The template is cloned into a new draft — all nodes, edges, and configuration are copied
- Customize prompts, provider settings, and transitions for your use case
- Test and publish when ready
Templates are starting points. After cloning, every node and connection is fully editable — add nodes, remove nodes, change prompts, swap providers. The template structure is a suggestion, not a constraint.
