Invitation resend, recording fixes, and microphone checks before test calls

  • Account: resend a pending invitation from the Team page. The team card on the Overview and the Team page update live, and show when an away or offline status ends (for example “Away · 14:30”) and who set it. See Members and roles.
  • Calls: fixed a bug where inbound calls to numbers from a connected SIP provider, and queued outbound calls through one, weren’t recorded even with recording on.
  • Builder: the test call asks for microphone access before it books an agent. A blocked, missing or busy microphone shows how to fix it, and a test call that fails during setup or that you hang up early is cancelled at once. See Test and publish.
  • Telephony: SIP provider addresses must be public. IP addresses, ranges and SIP domains that point to private, loopback or other internal addresses are refused when you add or change a provider. See Bring your own SIP trunk.
  • Telephony: provider names saved as a placeholder such as “undefined” were cleared and are refused from now on; the dashboard shows the provider type instead.
  • API: DELETE /calls/webrtc/{callId} cancels a browser call before its offer is sent. The agent reserved for the call is released at once, and an agent that never connected isn’t billed.
  • API: the available-countries and number-pricing responses no longer include uri and url. Both pointed at the carrier’s own API and contained a carrier account identifier.
  • SDKs: @talkif/webrtc 0.1.7 asks for the microphone before it creates the call. A denied, missing or busy microphone fails with media-unavailable before anything is created, instead of leaving an agent waiting for about a minute. See Web calls.
