Creating an Organization
Create an organization and start collaborating with your team.
Create an organization
- Navigate to Settings → Organizations
- Click Create Organization
- Enter your organization name
- Confirm
You are automatically assigned the Owner role. The organization is active immediately.
What belongs to the organization
All resources are scoped to the organization:
- Flows — conversation flows built in the Flow Builder
- Phone numbers — purchased or connected numbers
- Contacts — your contact lists
- Credits — billing and credit balance
When you create resources, they belong to the organization, not your personal account.
