Invitations
Invite team members by email and manage pending invitations.
Inviting members
- Navigate to Settings → Organizations → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the invitee's email address
- Select a role — Admin or Member
- Send the invitation
What the invitee sees
- Existing Talkif user — the invitation appears in their dashboard. They click accept to join.
- New to Talkif — they receive an email with a sign-up link. After creating their account, they are automatically added to the organization.
Managing invitations
- Pending invitations are listed under the Members tab
- Revoke a pending invitation at any time before it's accepted
- Invitees can decline an invitation
Leaving an organization
Members can leave an organization voluntarily from Settings → Organizations. The Owner cannot leave without first transferring ownership to another member.
