Invitations

Invite team members by email and manage pending invitations.

Inviting members

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organizations → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the invitee's email address
  4. Select a role — Admin or Member
  5. Send the invitation

What the invitee sees

  • Existing Talkif user — the invitation appears in their dashboard. They click accept to join.
  • New to Talkif — they receive an email with a sign-up link. After creating their account, they are automatically added to the organization.

Managing invitations

  • Pending invitations are listed under the Members tab
  • Revoke a pending invitation at any time before it's accepted
  • Invitees can decline an invitation

Leaving an organization

Members can leave an organization voluntarily from Settings → Organizations. The Owner cannot leave without first transferring ownership to another member.
