Connect your existing Twilio numbers or SIP infrastructure to Talkif.
Use your existing telephony infrastructure with Talkif's flow engine. Two integration paths are available: Twilio BYOC and SIP.
Twilio BYOC
Connect your Twilio account to use existing Twilio numbers with Talkif.
Setup
- Enter your Twilio Account SID
- Enter your Twilio Auth Token
- Talkif configures your Twilio number's webhook automatically
Once connected, your Twilio numbers appear in the platform and can be assigned to flows like any other number. Webhook sync ensures calls are routed through Talkif's engine.
SIP Integration
Route SIP traffic through Talkif's flow engine using your existing SIP infrastructure.
Setup
- Configure your SIP domain
- Enter SIP credentials
- Talkif sends a test call to verify the connection
Once verified, SIP traffic routes through Talkif and is handled by your assigned flows.
