Security

Password management, multi-factor authentication, and session control.

Navigate to Settings → Account → Security to manage your security settings.

Password

Change your password at any time. You must enter your current password to set a new one.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Add a second layer of security with TOTP-based authentication. Works with Google Authenticator, Authy, and any TOTP-compatible app.

Setup

  1. Click Enable MFA
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  3. Enter the verification code from the app
  4. Save your backup codes — one-time use codes for recovery if you lose access to your authenticator

Once enabled, MFA is required on every login.

Backup codes

You receive 10 backup codes during setup, each in XXXX-XXXX format. Each code can only be used once. Store them in a secure location — they are your recovery method if you lose your authenticator device.

Disable MFA

To disable MFA, go to Security settings and enter your current password for confirmation.

Phone verification

Phone verification confirms ownership of the phone number on your account. A 6-digit code is sent via SMS, valid for 10 minutes.

Verification is required when:

  • Setting up your account phone number for the first time
  • Changing your phone number (see Profile)

If the code expires or you exceed the maximum attempts, request a new code.

Session management

  • Log out — end your current session
  • Revoke all other sessions — immediately terminate all sessions except your current one. Use this if you suspect unauthorized access.
